It’s been a while! Can’t you believe we’re already halfway through 2020? We know a lot has been happening in recent months, but we hope you can spend your 4th of July Weekend relaxing and taking that much needed break. How ever you decide to celebrate, make sure to stay safe.
We made some updates in the last month, so we hope you enjoy the additions and changes in this edition of What’s New at Novo!
🤑 New Perks
We just added Google Ads to the Novo Perks Program. You’ll receive $150 Google Ads credits after you spend your first $150 on Google Ads. As a reminder, you have to spend at least $50 on your Novo debit card to access our Perks Program, and, once you do, you’ll get access to over $5,000 in savings on small business tools. Stay tuned because we’ll be adding more perks from Gusto, GoDaddy, and QuickBooks very soon!
🔗 “Connect to Stripe” Cards
Have you connected your Stripe account to Novo? If not and you receive deposits from Stripe, you’ll receive a reminder that you can review your Stripe balances on your Novo account. This will be located in the ‘Activity’ tab.
✅ Account Verification on Remote Deposit
Practice your smile because we now require that you upload a copy of your ID/passport and a selfie in the app to deposit a check on your phone. This update will help us protect Novo accounts from fraudulent activity.
- A search bar has been added to the TransferWise currency list. This will make it easier for you to search for your currency. If we don’t support your currency at this time, make sure to place your request so we can take it into consideration.
- When adding a payee to TransferWise, you can confirm if your payee is a person or company.
- We’ve added a ‘Contact Support’ prompt if you reached your ACH limits. This way, if you need your limits adjusted, you can reach out and our team will be able to accommodate your transfer.
